As Devon Hansen’s
Heartpeople® art continued to develop,
it became obvious that her work had great
potential as a licensed intellectual property.
In early 2004, Ms. Hansen joined forces
with a group of dedicated professionals
to form Heartpeople® Inc., an organization
designed to license her Heartpeople®
artwork worldwide.
Heartpeople® began its licensing initiative by launching
the Heartpeople® property at Licensing
International 2004 — a worldwide licensing
tradeshow held at the Jacob Javits Center
in New York City. The early June event promises
to lead Heartpeople® Inc. to its initial
group of Heartpeople® licensees.
