Devon Hansen is a nationally known speaker, consultant, author and artist Heartpeople® LLC is based in Dayton, Ohio with the intent of utilizing Devon’s purpose of sending positive messages back to the community and the nation by her generous art contributions, her writings, and her inspirational speaking. She is the creator of Heartpeople® licensed character artwork. Dayton Daily News has proudly recognized Devon as “Miami Valley’s Miss Marker.”
Devon Hansen has spent more than 20 years inspiring and encouraging others with her poignant and uplifting story of personal triumph over adversity. Devon was the consultant called to work with the Oklahoma City Federal building bombing survivors and her book, “Angry? Do You Mind If I Scream?” was the book they requested. One survivor was so touched by Devon’s message of hope, she placed a Heartperson drawing on the only living tree that survived the bombing site.
Devon has established herself as a recognized national speaker and conflict management consultant with business, professional and non-profit clients ranging from Bank One, GTE and Rockwell International to the YMCA Women’s Resource Center, Women Survivors of Childhood Abuse and the Domestic Violence Conferences.
Devon Hansen created a special Valentine for her daughters in 1996. That innocent, loving and heartfelt little drawing quickly developed a life of its own, and launched a second career for Ms. Hansen as a fine artist. In her Dayton, Ohio studio, Devon now creates a dazzling array of original Heartpeople® artwork. Her colorful paintings have a magical quality that many find uplifting and therapeutic. So much so, that her work has repeatedly been selected to fill entire healthcare facilities, where her colorful images bring a sense of hope and joy to recovering residents and patients.
As Devon Hansen’s Heartpeople® art continued to develop, it became obvious that her work had great potential as a licensed intellectual property. In 2004, Ms. Hansen joined forces with a group of dedicated professionals to form an organization designed to license her Heartpeople® artwork worldwide.
Devon’s heartfelt mission and purpose is to “Share the Love” of Heartpeople® with companies, groups and people in need as well as bringing joy and inspiration to all people of all ages, races, and religions. She believes that “Love Rules” and her Heartpeople® are all about love and inspiration of good will.
Licensing Heartpeople® is her way of channeling love to reach and touch the hearts of so many and bring in revenues where Devon can actually support those in need worldwide.
